# Mijn retourzending is niet afgehaald, hoe kan dit?

Mogelijk is de transporteur te laat geweest of is de afhaalopdracht niet goed aangekomen. Om nogmaals een afhaalverzoek in te dienen kun je het ingediende retourverzoek aanklikken, vervolgens kun je aan de rechterkant klikken op ‘retourverzoek niet opgehaald?’ om de retourzending opnieuw aan te melden.
