# Kan ik onbeperkt producten retour sturen?

Het retourneren van goederen is erg belastend voor het milieu. Dit komt doordat de goederen vaak heen en weer worden gestuurd. Het brengt bovendien onnodige extra kosten met zich mee. Daarom staat de vraag naar duurzame oplossingen hoog op onze agenda. Daarnaast willen we voorkomen dat we deze kosten in de prijsstelling naar alle klanten moeten verwerken. Zodoende is gekozen voor de volgende eerlijke oplossing: in 2023 is het mogelijk om 1,5 % van uw omzet onderdelen & accessoires kosteloos te retourneren, waarbij E-set componenten als accu, motor en display zijn uitgesloten. Is het percentage van uw retouren hoger dan 1,5 %, dan brengen wij 10 % van het aankoopbedrag van de geretourneerde goederen in rekening. Onze visie: Verspilling tegengaan en hierdoor zorgen voor een duurzamere wereld.
