# Hoe werkt de garantieafhandeling van Sigma?

De garantieafhandeling van Sigma is een gestroomlijnd proces dat afhankelijk is van het specifieke product en model. Over het algemeen worden service- en garantieaanvragen voor Sigma-producten in behandeling genomen door PENDLR.

Wanneer je een service- of garantieaanvraag indient, wordt deze beoordeeld op afstand. Dit betekent dat je doorgaans een factuur en afbeeldingen van het betreffende product moet bijvoegen als onderdeel van de aanvraag. Deze documenten dienen als basis voor de beoordeling van het garantieverzoek. De beoordeling kan variëren, afhankelijk van de aard van het probleem en de garantievoorwaarden voor het specifieke product.
