# Hoe werkt de garantieafhandeling van de UGO elektrische vouwfiets?

Graag ontvangen wij per e-mail de klachten betreffende de fiets en de aankoopfactuur van de consument.

Deze e-mail zal worden doorgestuurd naar onze leverancier Buzaglo welke weer contact zal leggen met Bafang.

Zodra er goedkeuring komt vanuit Bafang mag je het wiel rechtstreeks naar Bafang versturen voor verdere afhandeling.
